Instead of blocking out 30-60 minutes per person on a standing basis, it&#8217;s just first-come first-served, and it&#8217;s however long that person wants \/ the meeting takes. And then I let the lab know when I&#8217;m available again. Images, memes, emojis, and whatnot are used for communication online, and I&#8217;m fine with that most of the time. It can be fun. So I replied, &#8220;it&#8217;s your turn. as long as you promise to never post that image again.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Well, that backfired.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the default hologram in our lab is that image.
